Electric charging and parking

We all know its scary enough to charge your taxi and paleto with the fear of being robbed.
I would like to offer a suggestion of parking and electric charge station by 24/7 great ocean highway and pops diner. Would help bring me people up to the shops and diner and hopefully attract more RP, Car meets etc

This would be a great idea.

Then taxi drivers wouldn't have to fear paleto as much.

Plus I'm pretty sure that 24/7 has the cheapest fuel in the North East. Among stock they have in the shop.
