Description of what happened: We were pulling over a wanted persons as he got out the vehicle. The suspect opened fire on SPC Andmos and myself PC Aeschyl I used rubber bullets on him and SPC Andmos put cuffs on him as you can see in video after he was cuffed you can see in the video where he went prone and shot me dead (Cuff Glitching)
What Rule Was Broken ?: [SIZE=medium]2D)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, Player was not on TeamSpeak.
Please post video evidence/screenshots here: I aplogize for video quality ever since New Nvidia update Shadow play doesn't want to work.
