Time & Date this happened: 5 mins before 4pm restart today, 17th Jan
Description of what happened: He and his friend stole an NHS Offroad and then sent me this message!
Did have video of it being stolen with his friends name on it but video is not available.
Please ignore the impound message at the bottom as it does not apply to this situation. Screenshot was taken at a time just before restart when the message was received and not when the vehicle was stolen!
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No!
