Ejecting from heli and keeping it running

I see people exit their helcopters but the Rotors are still moving, even though there is no option to eject on here. How do you do this because this would be very useful

But if you look at wasteland, pilots are able to eject and they can too in stock arma, I was flying a Huron for a mission/scenario, gave up and ejected

This may have been added to prevent people from trolling around with helicopters. I don' think I have to spell out what someone with bad intentions might do with a helicopter if he can eject. Opposed to ramming people straight up, this would not show in the kill feed so.. I can see why this is safer.

I understand this...but you can still eject from planes as well as use choppers to kill people without your name popping up in*other ways*

true, but at least this is one way less =P By doing what you're saying, you still die yourself so your name will show up =D I think this not being possible is just a left-over from the times that the VDM script didn't even exist haha. Imagine that horror btw. No VDM script. I bet 90% of the people who play today never witnessed that shit hahaha.

I am thankful that my main mode of transport is air then because I can’t drive for shit. Everyone should be thankful tbh .
