Description of what happened: We saw a man heading towards meth dealer so we wanted to pursue and stop him to steal his meth and make money. I landed my Hummingbird a little in front (about 2km) and we set up to stop him. When we said to stop he crashed straight into the hummingbird, killing 2 of my friends. He then combat logged when awaiting the medics.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
2E)[SIZE=medium] Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)[/SIZE]

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, not on ts and combat logged us so we could not in-game ~(in the chat OOC) once he was revived.
