Hey,
I got banned from your server today due to VDM report made by one of the community member. I would like to apologize to all who were involved in the chase which could be seen on the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gC9IasFtcKM
It was definitely not my intention to harm any RP characters, only do little damage to car tires so I could buy some time and get away.
On the video at 0:28 when I accidentally killed the first person, I tried to hit front corner of bonnet and do little damage to the front wheel but I missed and accidentally hit the RP character.
At 0:52 when I noticed the car on my left side I started to turn to the right and all of a sudden there was an another car, I tried to swerve but turning radius was too large and I accidentally hit another RP character with my truck at 0:55.
Right after at 1:00 when my truck "took off" one person mentions my second offense what happened the day before. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pOzJlDg5r5s
Even if this VDM report is not directly related to this RDM one I want to clear up what happened on this video as well.
At 0:00 as soon as the video starts, me and my friend noticed that green hatchpack is driving behind us. They were maybe heading somewhere else or following us, we didn't know. We decided to lower our speed, as you can see at: 0:10, and let them drive past. Because we were roleplaying as "highwaymen" we couldn't trust anyone. My friend, who was the driver, shouted at them "Drive past or we will have to shoot both of you." at 0:24. (unfortunately even we couldn't hear the shout on the video because of the engine sound and teamspeak talk / hassle at the time). Because they weren't driven past, we decided to shoot warning shots and break their tire at: 0:31 but because I couldn't manage the recoil of Zafir (we stole it from another robber only few minutes earlier) I accidentally killed them both at 0:35.
After that accident we drove straight to the airport to use cashpoint, police surprised us and my friend accidentally shot me. Immediately after he surrendered to police and I left there to wait for ambulance. During our hassle, victims of "RDM" send me a compensate request but unfortunately I didn't noticed it due to the hectic events at the time.

Once again, I would like to apologize to all who where involved in both cases. My intention was not to VDM nor RDM anyone. I have read the rules again and next time when I'm totally outnumbered and surrounded by armed RP characters I will give up and not to do anything stupid which could risk my own or their life because after all that's what roleplaying is all about. In the future, hopefully if I get unbanned, me and my friend will use direct chat in addition to direct VOIP to ensure that same mistake won't happen again.
The rules I broke :
VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM)
RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times
I would like to sincerely ask that you, Altis Life UK admin team could give me a new second chance to play on your server. I have learned from my mistakes and next time I will play calmly. You will be not disappointed.
