Description of what happened: Was moving out of Athira and this Offroad pulled off infront of us as we was approaching the Athira Checkpoint, we then proceeded to head towards the airport, then Edvard then opened fire at me and Frostbite with a Zafir, which resulted in a quick death.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I have messaged the person in game  (mobile) saying that what he had done is RDM, and asked for a comp but didnt receive a reply back, so I have posted up on here instead.

First of all... I did send you a message back but I was not able to do it fast enough because I was shot by police. 2nd of all me and my friend gave you at least 3 warnings before opening fire. I guess you did not hear them? We were highly wanted and did not want to take any risks if there was a bounty hunter. We were shouting before opening fire at you and telling you to pass us but you suspiciously slowed down as we did after that as you can see I opened fire. It was not meant to kill but to shoot tire out. That MG got quite much recoil so everything went south and after I saw one of you die I laid another burst just for the fact you are both dead for sure because shit happened.

I am not going to compensate you anything because we gave you warnings but you kept following us. Also we had killed couple of gang members and took no risks with you guys.

You can clearly see no warnings was issued, and the zafirs recoil is next to nothing as a lot of people can agree with, and we both died at the same time.

Just looks like a clear case of RDM, and your refusing to admit that and refusing to give some form of comensation... We'll let the admins decide on this one.

 
I think PLF guys were chasing or following them cos you have sport car and they have just offroad which is more slower than yours

We killed some gang members not sure if in the same gang but you anyway they were given 3 warnings. Also they rammed our car minute before this and kept following us. I think we did nothing wrong.

You recording is away too short sir. When we slowed down we gave the last warning most likely you cannot hear it as we can see in video you are speaking something else.

 
READ BELOW BEFORE EVEN COMMENTING (Warning points will be issued)

 

1. The original poster and the person defending themselves may contribute to the post but keep it clean and act like adults.
 
2. Anyone who does not have any evidence who cannot provide value with evidence there post will be deleted, unless they are of a Admin rank.
 
3. Anyone who posts edited video to attempt to get the person they are reported in trouble will be banned.
 
If you have a recording off the whole situation then please do so...

Also ilkeroo, this wasn't exactly to do with you so I have this to say.

I'm not sure what other servers you've been on, however it is your responsibility to ensure the person you're engaging role play with has every chance you hear you communicate. Are you suggesting that prior to you gunning them down, you got out of your vehicle, walked up them and told them to stop following you or you will be shot?
I cannot see any other way that you could engage role play, to expect someone to hear you say something from your vehicle to people into another vehicle is not what we feel is role play here. No one would hear you.

I a police checkpoint because I did not see any cops only civilians with weapons. As I was passing it you started to shoot at me. When you and your fellow gang members catch up on me you got out of the vehicle and started to shoot my tires out. I did not have a weapon to defend myself so I decided to ram your vehicles as I had the truck. You were standing in front of it so you get rammed as well... + you do not die from it and it was your own fault. After I realized I don't have anywhere to escape I stopped and got out of the vehicle as you wanted me to and then you shot me. I think you were just seeking for revenge but I am fine with it and not butt hurt like you seem to be.

After ramming our car I had no reason to believe that they weren't after us so we engaged as they did not hear/care what we were telling them to do.
