Description of what happened: My friend was guarding the entrance to the drugstore as I sold the drugs, he was then randomly shot. I wasn't recording as that happened because recording usually causes me to lag however I instantly put my camera up as soon as he died. He then continued to pose a threat as I drove around looking for him at the drugstore. I did not shoot him or even get out of my vehicle. After about 30 seconds he came out and shot out my tires without any warning. I had no choice but to get out and start shooting at him, which failed miserably.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, however he was very ignorant and refused to cooperate.

not sure about your friend getting killed but how is this RDM he was shooting tires out then you jumped out and tried to kill him, you also can see him trying to tell you to get out but he kinda failed and did it in side chat.

The fact that he was doing it in side chat mean that we weren't able to hear him, and even if we could how would we know it was him?

I had no proof about Spectre however he was straight up RDM'd. The guy said it was to protect himself, however Spectre wasn't shootin - simply guarding.

First thing i hear is ............."Hes looting my body" .... how the fuck does your friend know this because hes either dead or knocked out awaiting a medic either way he is unable to use communication devices to contact you.

This is the biggest fail RP that exists on this server today.

I can see the guy is shooting your tyres he then speaks in sidechat and then switches into direct chat as you can see speaking above his head.

He then shot you because you started shooting at him, When you got out that truck he did not immediately shoot at you therefore i can see he was trying to RP.

Of course there is no ban against you because you shot at someone who was clearly shooting your tyres and thats fine, theres no ban against him because he got shot at and returned fire.
