Description of what happened:

[bG] Dylan [bG] Michael Dickonson and [bG] oneshot approached a vehicle on the road. Upon arriving to the vehicle Michael asked the man by the offroad near the weed field if he needed some help. After approaching Oneshot asked his name to which he did not give. OneShot then asked him if he had any gang affiliations. Upon this user saying  no, oneshot asked again, to which he again replied he didn't want to give us his name (not his exact words, can't remember). After this we walked away to our red offroad. [bG] Dylan entered our offroad, and [bG] Michael approached our offroad. Oneshot asked one more time about any gang affiliations, and said alright mate. Upon saying this he was fired upon from the bushes. We were not given any warning during this time or any other time about being fired upon nor telling us to back away from the player. I would like to reiterate that we did not rob any player during this time. Upon oneshot being killed, a player called Harbo who we had in our car ran over to the damaged offroad. He was then killed. I then fired upon the E|O|D member who was behind the broken offroad in which I killed him. 

After this EOD 2Dragons killed [bG] Michael. I then heard several warnings from 2Dragons telling me to put my hands up to which I did not do. He then killed me.

This is a RDM on oneshot. The death of michael and I was fair game, however the death of oneshot was CLEAR RDM.

What rule was broken?:  *RDM = Ban if no role-player, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times. 

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:

I requested that we go to teamspeak to speak about the matter, their response was that they gave clear warning which you can hear in the video never happened and then said "all [bG] do is want to go to teamspeak when they die, learn to take a loss" which is strange as we haven't had any issues with them where we have requested to talk about it on teamspeak.

My story: Upon hearing radio chatter of one of my squad members in a pickle, i quickly left Athira to check it out, upon arriving at the field ( as you can see in the video ) i moved up to the bushes just behind their car, After observing them walking on the road with some heavy firepower, I  opened my mic and proceeded to tell them to lay the weapons on the floor and back away, when they showed no signs of doing so i fired a burst into (oneshot), then moved closer, (0.38 in video, Green bush just to left of brown one) I then opened my mic for the second time and continued to tell them to get on the ground, at which point my squad member was killed. It was then i unleashed a hail of bullets into the truck, killing the remaining combatants. 

After watching the video back i can see that the first attempt at communication obviously wasn't heard, And for this i apologise, I made the call and i will take my punishment as the admins see fit. As for the teamspeak incident "all [bG] do is want to go to teamspeak when they die, learn to take a loss" - This is not what i said, I simply stated that every time someone gets shot (BG was never mentioned) they immediately rage in chat and DEMAND you come to teamspeak to talk to them, Every time this happens teamspeak is always heated, The moments after a battle both sides are always in high emotions about the outcome and things can quickly become heated and devolve into mindless insults, which i would rather avoid and deal with when things have calmed down. At this point the server was 20~ Minutes from restart  and upon sidechat going dark i made the decision to log out

I have played on this server for a while now, and never been banned before. I can assure you this was an isolated incident, If i had known they did not hear my first attempt at communication i would have not opened fire. But in the position i was in and the numbers i faced i thought it the right thing to do, So BG i apologise for the gear you've lost, and if you want reimbursed i will gladly do so. 

I will also gladly come to teamspeak and have a chat with you now that things have settled down.

I'd like to see your perspective as i had my ear plugs in meaning it filtered the sound..

I'm postive you just walked up there and shot us.

Your friend was not in distress either..

wouldn't say he is insulting you to be fair.. I was in the tesmspeak with one shot and the others when this went down. Not once before being killed did he have any idea you were lurking in the bush. With Dylan having earplugs in which makes it easier to hear player voices he didn't hear you speak. It is a good idea to show your perspective to prove it was not RDM as you claim

That is fine, you are entitled to that opinion, but I believe side chat is 'out of character', and what they do is spout abuse and negative comments towards everyone else, particularly EXP and BG. What I said isn't out of order, it's relevant, in a way, they're quite childish in side. 

I don't even 'hate' or 'dislike' the guys, they're great players, but their attitude towards the game and other players is absolutely atrocious, and so, sorry sir, but I am not going to apologise.

 
Does EOD have their own video of the original incident? 

 
Don't believe he checks the forums. Is my evidence not sufficient as there were absolutely no warnings. It even comes on my side as I had noise filtering in.

however I understand if mu evidence was not sufficient. @matty-1998- do you have anything from your end as it was you who died that might help the situation a bit?

 
Yeah. I'm oneshot. I was the guy that was shot. The video from Dylan's perspective shows the clear incident and this is clear RDM in my eyes.

 
I must of watched this video about 20 times now, volumes up, all sorts, I hear NO warning, it's possible you were in the wrong voice channel, but we've had no responses from you that can validate what they were saying, and if they don't take part in the community to at least defend themselves.... *sigh*....
