Dynamic Delivery is the dumb name I came up for this idea. However, as I currently understand it a shop can order a large amount of a product at once and it generates one order that is picked up by one person. I'd like to see if this could be broken up potentially in a few ways. The first being shops being unable to keep massive stocks of items on hand and require much more frequent ordering. If shops had to order every other day or so, then that would increase the amount of delivery jobs anyway. I don't think asking shop owners to ensure they're regularly active or their employees is a big ask, considering those shops are expected to be in the hands of our active player base.

This potentially could stimulate some less used shops if very popular shops are constantly running out of stock of items causing people to have to go to the less popular destinations. Some other secondhand effects are increased roleplay opportunities for the shop owners and employees. Greater foot traffic due to competition and increased deliveries means more people around those shops, which means more roleplay. I'd like to see the potential use of delivery vans or box trucks for deliveries.

Potentially capping the max number of items being able to be delivered at a time so the smaller trucks make sense and increase the number of jobs. For example, if your shop needs 2000 items delivered and the max items is 500 able to be delivered at once, that's 4 jobs instead of 1. This change alone would stimulate the delivery business massively and these deliveries have a direct and positive impact on the economy because they're transporting physical goods other players will use.
