DVLA Not Working

I have tried in three towns (Kavala Pyrgos & Athira(?)) and i cnt seem to get the DVLA interaction to work (23rd May 2014).  It could be me but i asked someone to check online and they had trouble at Kavala also.

Can someone check please?

Is there a limit to licences you can own?

When you own all the licences there is no more features at the DVLA 

Do you have all the licences ?

Dont think i have the Diamond Licence, which is what i was after. I'll check but i'm fairly sure. Will post back in 5 when Server Restarts.
Ok just checked and i dont own the following: Diamond Copper Cement Oil Sand - and i'm at Athira and again i cant get the NPC interaction to come up. Again it could just be me?!

What a plonker need to go to processing not DVLA!!!
