DumYz - Hacker (Rejected - Unable to locate)

Description of what happened:
I was standing AFK in the UNMC Base when suddenly 2 Guys talked to me.
After I tabbed in I saw DumYz and Bonny infront of me.
We had a little talk and suddenly DumYz dropped the MK18 he was carrying on the floor and went around a corner.
When he came back he was equipped with a Lynx.
He ran off abit and killed his friend.
A few seconds later he wrote in side : Don't betray me Bonny.
Then he logged of.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No since i thought he might start a Server wide attack as soon as I would reveal that i would know.

Unfourtunly I only got a screenshot of him carrying the weapon.

This may also suggest why, i ressed him 3 times, in Kavala all 3 times cars including cop cars and a tempest device randomly blew up, about 10 people including Neo could vouch for these random car explosions. he was at the scene all of the times.

The same thing happened to me earlier, we had just got back from doing a DEA Patrol, we pull into Kavala PD and we start getting shot at by a guy called "GrapeSoda" who we later killed, he was holding a Lynx, Camo.

The car explosions in Kavala were extremely weird, I thought somehow someone was glitching the explosive charges and suicide bombing... we couldn't hear any gun fire/splashes..
