Description of what happened: Individual ran around myself and several people shouting a derogatory term against black people, as you can see in the video. I asked him to stop, he refused I then decided I would restrain him to take him in for POA offences.
As I was escorting him to the station he disconnected to avoid punishment.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B and 2E.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I was trying to charge him with a POA and discuss with him why not to do it. He then disconnected.
