Which Server did this happen on: 1
Description of what happened: After my friend got executed by him and his buddies for no real reason, I went after them killed all of them. I got pardoned by the police and when the Police raided his house so the medic could revive my buddy where he was awaiting us with a gun.
The killing and respawn happend within 9 minutes
What Rule Was Broken ?: Breaking NLR
5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I told him this and he came up with the reason his timer already timed-out.
