Description of what happened: After my friend got executed by him and his buddies for no real reason, I went after them killed all of them. This guy re spawned and came back within 2 minutes.
After that when the cops raided one of his friends house he followed us and kept blaming me in Direct chat (MIC) for RDM'ing him. (VIDEO CAN BE UPLOADED IF REQUIRED)
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Breaking NLR & Breaking RP
5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No there was no point. Sorry but all his buddies broke server rules and I was a bit pissed about that.

Your friend attempted to break into the house that's why we interrogated and executed him.
 
As for my re spawning I waited on the death screen for around 8 mins and then figured that as long as I spawn in my house and dont leave (I had no intention of doing so) I would be fine. I was simply waiting in my house for the timer to end. I did not expect my house to be raided and that's why I decided to hand myself in to the cops. Again I completely understand after reading the whole rules again that NLR had been broken. I acknowledge that fact and I would like to apologize directly to those involved. I did not purposely try to break NLR as I did wait and thought that if I only spawn in my house I will be ok, I realize this was a mistake and I will not do this again.
