Description of what happened: I walked to the car shop in kavala and I get randomly restrained and now being arrested for being a "Hobo"
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: FailRP/Random Arrest
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes he doesnt listen to me
  
Please post video evidence/screenshots here: About 10 people are being random arrested for this that should be enough proof..
