Drug House + Garage, Kavala Drug Dealer

The title says it all really, with my new rebel life beginning I am looking to make money. I am looking for a house near the Kavala Drug Dealer, which is not too far, but at the same time, not close and bait.

I am working with a budget between 1,500,000 and 2,000,000,

I would maybe consider pushing that depending on the house location and storage ability.
