Description of what happened: So literally just after I'd finished writing my report on Jerry stealing one of my trucks from a green zone, I went to get out a tempest and Drew stole it after I spawned it.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I stated in side chat what the rules were but he didn't respond.
