Where did Dr. Wilco go? I remember him saying that he will becoming a doctor, however I have never met Dr. Wilco nor DI Wilco. So where is he most of the times? I would love to take DI Wilco hostage some day 
Dr. Wilco will ofcourse recieve an ifrit escort when entering Kavala. To Wilco, it would be nice to meet uou ingame sometime. Only met you 3 times, the first time you killed me when bombing me with a jet, the second time was at Kavala Stadium when you were testing mortars on quadbikes with Mr. Chow and the third time was when you, Cardoso and Ciaran became bounty hunters and tried to arrest me. I would also like to meet Dr. Wilco, DI Wilco and perhaps GnC Wilco? I understand that you're busy tho, and everthing comes with time so I might meet you again.
