Downed player | Metagaming?

Something I wanted to bring up. With the feature of you being able to speak while being downed and being able to fully see around. Does this mean when you're on the floor you are able to tell people in your group where others are? I bring this up because this needs to be cleared us and stated openly regarding what is and what isn't metagaming now.

How I see it:

One side: If you can speak in-game for 3 mins that means you're not 'dead' so you can speak to gang members about enemies you see in the facility?

Another side: It will ruin every situation as downed players will be able to state where the enemy is so enemy players will not want to move as that player can relay their location to others. 

Solution: 

Make it so a downed players screen is completely black. Only the independent team(medics) OR someone with a defib (possibly)  can be heard by those that are downed. This means that the downed player has zero chance of any possible meta/powergaming and will make it obvious what isn't and what is allowed in regards to RP and that.

 
Thing is, if you make it so that only medics can here , what if the police who maybe shot you ask you a question, or the 'civilian' that shot you and asks a question? 

 
Honestly this is a great idea.

Make the screen blurry so they can not see so metagaming / calling out is not a thing.

Don't change the speaking thing.

 
I think calling out is a legitimate strategy in this case. It's the job of the person who downed that player to get them into a position that will make them not be able to see your guys.

Either that, or warn them if they don't stop talking, they're going to be executed. Along with this, anything they say when downed, they need to hotmic.

 
Tbh I would hate screen being blacked out or blurred or anything like that.

This feature in my opinion is amazing and I like being able to continue roleplay with people even when dead, although I am yet to see the impacts of it when killed during an active gunfight (Somehow I've avoided any so far.) I don't think it needs any changes.

 
Let's head in a new direction then about something i was thinking about. Headshots = instantkill. No bleeding out or whatever, just a swift death.

 
-1 Just let this system grow onto the server first... let give developers fix bugs and glitches before we start changing the idea.

On ghostkiller's idea now, -1 because the entire point is people having to be able to look around and RP with whoever is around... if they cant see them then whats the point?

 
Take their radio and boom they can t speak to their mates anymore problem solved

Rules revolving this system may be introduced after this weeks rule meeting.

 
Also the distance and gun information when you get killed will get metagamed a lot. Being told Mk1 927m away will help a gang to find out where somebody is very easily. 

 
I think this new downed thing is good. I like the new thing that you can actually talk. Make the screen a little bit blurry is i nice idea, not to much tho, and the gps should be there, so when the fight is over, friends can find the downed body to help.
