Doubt synchronization

Onde day i was playing like ARAC. so, i was at 200 km/h. the cop pull me over and after conversation, give me a ticket for 50k. 

so, the servers was like 4 minutes to restart. i havent syncronize. whe the server restart and we enter again, i haven t lost that money.

doubt: if the cop syncronized, i will lost the money, and he earn it? or "duplicate" the money?

i dont know if someone talk about this... if duplicate i think its cheat. thats why am talking...

Cops don't earn the money from tickets, arrests, weapon seizures or the like. They only get money from impounding (340£) and crushing (600£).

yes, but was an example. the same happens with guns, storage house etc etc. swap money with players :S
