Not gonna lie guys , there was 0 editing done , the guy litterally just downloaded it off youtube and uploaded it on his account. Yes he isn't making money off of it , but in John's eyes the guy has just reposted his video for credit. 

No point saying he edited it / fair use when its litterally just a repost of a video John uploaded.  So yea it is a direct copy and thats the problem.

In the ends its john's video and it must be a bit of a piss take too see someone else upload your video and getting credit for it.

Hopefully when John catches the guy on TS he will talk too the guy and get it resolved. As he currently can't use the forums , so im posting what the problem is.

First please use my name and not just that guy as it is much nicer and secondly he asked to remove it and I did so and we are fine now I explained what I said here that I did it to show a funny vid and as I didn't know whos it was as I received it in a channel with about 10-20 others in or even who said it there wasn't much way of finding out whos vid it was as I received it a week ago and I just wanted the community to have a laugh as I and many others thought it was funny I didn't see any harm then John saw it and got hurt by it so I removed the vid replaced the link with his.

I know mate , i was in the channel when he found out. I wasn't starting anything mate , i was just questioning you why you did it , as John could not.
