Don't impound a vehicle if a player crashes or their internet times out.

As it currently stands, when your game crashes (which us a frequent occurrence for people like me), your vehicle goes to the impound. This means that each crash costs me £250, which can add up to 2,000 pounds lost in a day as well as wasted time added on top losing me money. Instead of sending the vehicle to the impound in the event of a crash, it should instead be sent to the garage to avoid the irritating process of getting a vehicle removed from the impound and then having to get over to the garage in Legion Square just because you crashed, and then having to do it again after an hour.

Obviously, this wouldn't be the case for disconnects and such, only for when your game crashes.

If you get DC'd and nobody is around in the area your car will automatically get impounded due to a cleanup script, there is no way to determine whether somebodies game has crashed or if they've just alt F4'd.

How are people supposed to know if you crashed or got DC'ed? All they see is a random car.

Also, we need still to RP the situation, so if a car is where it shouldn't be, it will probs get towed

I tried to check whether this was feasible beforehand, but I was told that this couldn't be disclosed due to security reasons. This suggestion was based on the assumption that FiveM is able to tell when a player times out (like what you see on various Source Engine based games in the disconnect messages)

I was talking more about the automatic impounding, not the players impounding cars. The latter is completely understandable.

Cars won`t Auto impound like they used to when this suggestion was made because of an update from fivem
