Yeah your vehicle will save to your garage

You can save vehicles with and without donator.

But you can access certain cars and weapons after donating.

you can access the mowhawk and other vehicles have reduced prices at the vehicle donor store.

When you buy permanent vehicle, you can take it to a garage and talk to NPC to store it. Rentals don't work.
