i haven't been on in at least a month and it looks like allot has changed, i noticed the donate button was different and looked into it. there dose not seem to be anything mentioning the vip store and was wondering if that has been removed

Yes indeed it has. Donators now receive some extra forum perks, and flashy shirts, but no Ingame perks that give you any advantage.
