Donated for 3 months only been given 1? (Resolved - Please Read)

I revived a email from @Wilco saying that my donator has expired but I have donated £30 = 3 months...

The forum donator group lasts 30 days (nothing i can do about this its the way it is)

The message you recieved is automated however as you can see your donator tag is still there and so is your ingame perks until the date mentioned on the reply in the donator post
