Donated and don't know what to do.

I have donated £10 and have no clue what to do to receive my in game discounts, i have my forum group updated but not in game, i have sent wilco a pm with my guid and player id but he hasn't replied. At the moment i'm confused as to what to do and that's why i'm posting here, if a forum moderator could give me any help it would be appreciated.
