I have just fixed this as of this moment. I see you are in-game right now. I have sent an admin-message via RCON telling you to relog when convenient - you should find your donator privileges when you log back in. Please confirm everything is working okay now.

I assume his donator perks are now active. An crack undercover police unit were trying to stop him for speeding north of Kavala but the server restart came and saved him from a hefty tax.
