Does this count as RP?

Hi, 

I was driving today and got stopped by a guy saying get out. I said okay and did but had a weapon. I said "I'm putting this away now" and he immediately shot me. 

Just wondered if this counts as RP because while he did stop and talk I did immediately get shot for no good reason. My friends and I are a bit lost on the RP rule.

When you were getting out and were looking at him, he might of felt threatened but if you weren't then that is pretty shitty on his part.

I would say that was RDM.

He gave you no warnings to put your weapon away

It is a temperamental problem and probably would be classed as very bad RP, he may defend if you were directing in his direction with the gun.

I suppose i did turn semi towards him looking at the footage but I was pointing down. I might post it here and ask you guys your opinions. 

When I get out of the truck I immediately say "I'm putting this away-" and he shot me without a word. Wondered if anyone thinks it's worth a report? 


Edit: Oh, for some reason my recorder doesn't pick up my mic so you're hearing my friend respond to me but not me talking back to him.

Probably killed you out of fear for his life, when I get out of vehicles I usually turn away from whoever is speaking to me. To be honest, the person trying to rob you should have been much more aware of this and sought cover, or moved out of your line of sight.

All it would take from your position for the few seconds after you exited the vehicle is a quick flick upwards and you'd have been able to shoot him easily.

Yeah you could be right, Next time ill tell them im putting a gun away in the truck or point directly away from them. Thanks folks!
