Does The Chop Shop Thing Work?

Me and some friends stole 2 HEMTTs and we took them to the scrap dealer. We stole them and they aren't in my garage. 

Pretty mad if it doesn't work because the same guy met us at scrap dealer with some of his fully geared friends and they killed us from god knows where.

Me bloody neither, I am still looking into it, seems rather inconsistent as to wether it appears or not I have tested It and it has worked perfectly, only put the vehicle in later or not at all. 

I should have a fix ready in deployment for the Thursday update.
