Does it break the 2.6 rule?

(2.6) Combat storing, such as storing a vehicle whilst you are being chased or to prevent roleplay will result in a permanent ban.

If a player is being spoken too at Athira Airport (hypothetical) and a player gets out a heli from his garage and then runs over to it and flies away while police are talking to him about his gun or some crime is this breaking rule 2.6?

2.6 talks about "storing" but nothing about "retrieving" a stored vehicle with the intent of escaping police.

Nah don't think there's anything wrong with that

You've literally answered your own question
My question was poorly worded if you think I answered it.

I will reword it:

Is there any rule against pulling out a vehicle (it appearing in front of you like magic) when the police are chasing him or question him?

2.6 was an example of that rule in reverse.

If there is not is this something that can be looked into?

This guy got out a helicopter spooled it up, and flew off and you did not get him?

why? if you give him enough time to run away and get a helicopter out and fly off. making a rule just because someone escaped from you is a bit silly.

Like is said at the outset this is hypothetical. I have seen this happen in many different settings.

In no way am I wanting a rule made because some one escapes, but rather just wanting clarity on whether this is something that could be classed as exploiting due to the mechanic in place to spawn a car right in front of you.

Remember you can't flee into a green zone so it would have to be the other airports
I think he is referring that he was arresting someone in a gz. So he would be already inside it.

That's just how the game works. Arresting someone in a greenzone knowing people can't do anything is just how the game works. Spawning a helicopter at a small pd is just how the game works. do a combat landing with a mh-9 with benchies wouldn't be possible either. Because people would fall of the benches. It's just how the game works bud.

I am not just talking about arresting someone as I believe this can apply to anyone trying to RP not just cops.

I see your point about ones falling of benches. Also I think you have answered my question Diablo buddy. :)

I did not bring the GZ into this and therefore, apart from cops qustioning someone having a gun in greenzone, there is no reason that someone could be "escaping" anyone. I suppose, it could only ruin RP in one or 2 very small instances.

Cheers Diablo. :)
