Does bounty ever disappear?

Hey everyone!
So I stole some cars and I now have a bounty of $200,000 on me.
When will that be $0 again?

When you die via another player OR get a ticket / sent to prison

When you are killed by another player / given a ticket / sent to jail

If you die by anything other than a player killing you it stays.

Example: Player xxxxx killed me - lose your bounty

              I crashed my car and died - keep your bounty
