Description of what happened: There was alot of civilians Role-Playing out in a Nightclub; Dancing, Nodding heads etc. and he just open fired on everyone that was there.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, Not like there's an excuse for a RDM fest like this.
