Do bounty hunters get paid when sending to jail??

I'm a new bounty hunter, and so far I've always taken bounties to the police station.

However, do I still get paid if I send them directly to jail myself? And also, can I send them to jail from the Bounty Hunter HQ?

So you first need to restrain someone, then go to the Bountyhunter HQ and at the HQ you can scroll on someone and press 'send to jail?'

Yes. I know for a fact that you can send someone to jail from the police station, but I'm not certain if you can do it from the Bounty Hunter HQ.

I know how to send someone to jail. I'm asking whether you can do it from the Bounty Hunter HQ or not, as you can only send people to jail in specific areas.
