Restraint Glitching

I genuinely didnt know i was breaking a rule, i was just able to shoot my gun therefore, I did so, and gunned down 2 officers trying to arrest me, i didnt know it was a glitch I just thought they were too slow arresting me, so terribly sorry for that. If need be I will compensate both officers that were killed in the process.

Hi, 

I am the Admin that issued the ban. I pulled Ryan up on teamspeak and had a long conversation and he explained to me that he didn't know about this. After a 10-15 Minute discussion he is now aware and was directed to the rules page

After this conversation I thoroughly read the rules, twice. I now understand what I did was wrong, and I will not make the same mistake. Sorry once again. I hope to get back into Altis soon
