Saw I was banned so I wanted to put my side of the story up for review.

Checking the rules I couldn't see anything that mentioned ejecting from a car whilst under arrest.

The closest thing I saw was:

1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

Now, if my ban falls under that I would like an admin to clarify this just so I know for future reference as I half ejected accidentally but stuck to RP anyway in good humour.

I do apologise if Ejecting from a cop car whilst it is unlocked is breaking server rules. If I saw it black n white on the server rules then you can be sure I wouldn't have done it.

If it counts as an exploit I can certainly see why as going through my own footage of the incident it makes sense.

I would like to request an unban as I didn't actually know it was against the rules and thought I would be able to RP the situation.

I can also attach a video of my own POV of what happened.

Edit: Checked the footage and found I wasn't in a cop car, would the rules still apply as highlighted above?

Its pretty much combat logging/killing yourself to avoid arrest and complete shitty RP when the police have put the effort in to arrest someone.

Unfortunately we do not have any way of scripting against this when your handcuffed but anyone who does it we ban... doesn't need to be in blank in white its shit RP.

With that said we can of course give you a final chance if you read and agree the rules and think about your RP going forward.

The police get people disconnecting/killing themself/getting others to kill them while under arrest several times a day and it gets boring.
