dispute a ban before it actually goes through. (Unbanned 09/01/2015)

Hi yea I was reported a little while ago and it went through a few days ago. I would just like to maybe clear this up now before it actually goes through and I'm banned from the server. 

Report: 

So to clear up at the time I thought this was a justifiable amount of Rp. Which after reviewing the evidence time and time again I now realize that it was not.

The rule in question that was broken by was is:
RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times. 
I shall keep this in mind from now on when playing to ensure everyone I encounter has a better role playing experience.

I also would like to apologize for the the officers that I killed through my lack of knowledge. I now fully understand the rules and where they stand when it comes to Rp.   

Edit: My ban has gone through now so hopefully this is actually valid now. Since before I was appealing for a ban that well. It didn't exist.
