Hi!

I run a group on RPUK. We have our own TS channels and use them for all in game communication. However, we store all group information, announcements, etc. on a private discord server. Am I allowed to invite members to the discord? It's only used for our group, not as a meme server or other.

Yes, as long as you don't do it through their services. You don't want to end up on a no appeals list for sharing a discord link

If you don't want to risk yourself being liable for a ban over a discord, you can use the cool groups feature on the website.

Simply create a group, invite your friends and members, and post threads inclusive to your mini community!

If done not on RPUK platforms you’ll be fine, however if done on the RPUK discord, forums, ts, steam group or server(etc) you could face the ban. If done on discord DMs, steam messages etc you’ll be okay.

So I can send someone my discord name and hash on teamspeak to friend, then send them the link through discord PMs? Sorry for the late reply, for some reason I wasn't notified of responses from this thread.

That indeed is correct as it is no different to you steam name. Just don’t send a discord server link
