discord phone number & fiveM sees my internet as vpn

hello i can't join the fiveM server because it says i have a VPN but that's not true so can someone fix that? and i have to verify my phone number in order to do things in the discord server but discord thinks my phone number doesn't exist for some reason so can someone give pinguinsucker#6969 the permisions to talk etc?

I hate to tell you this but one if your using geforce now or what ever you can't play as it is a semi vpn and they have no control over letting you talk if discord won't verify tho idk if you even need that
