Discord Ban?

Yesterday, I was watching my friend play, he was streaming in a discord call. i wasnt there in game, but i witnessed some real awful police-rp, and clipped it. I wont get into detail on that. I clipped it, and posted it in the police chat on discord to ask if i was the only one that thought that it was powergaming. I managed to @ a police role, but didnt think perms would let me actually notify everyone with the police role. i posted the message, and turns out i notified everyone in the chat or something. Anyhow, they just banned me from the discord. I was wondering if i could get a clarification on like how long im gonna ba banned from the discord, and where i can appeal? 

according to the rules, OOC and IC are completely different so i personally dont feel that i should be banned from the server for that. cant access the server if im not in the discord... 

I didnt actually mean to notify everyone with the police role.

you would need to make a unban appeal here on the forums, just for your discord
Discord bans are perm bans no matter what so you'll be banned until you get a succesful appeal through
don't go tagging the entirety of the police service(or any other faction/tag for that sake) next time, even if you saw some "awful police-rp" do it the proper way of either making a report or a complaint ingame

yeah, tbf didnt even want to tag the police force, i did the @lsps thing to make sure it was seen. thought it would be like @everyone, that it would highlight but due to perms not notify anyone. Ive done the ban appeal, hopefully i get another chance thanks bro.
