What just happened in the server, like someone disabled mouse and keyboard input. Does anyone have the same problem or is it just me?

It was a hacker by the name of 2chainz (username in arma)

He disabled the input on the server so anyone that joined was unable to click/spawn/leave then flagged up for enabling a no recoil cheat, He was banned within 2 mins of doing this.
