Dirty money becomes a standalone currency

Following on from the other suggestion - I think steps could be added into the city to make dirty money become a currency of its own. Dirty money currently is only used to be laundered, I dont know anyone who does anything with it other than launder it instantly when they get any.

Two things should change here - 1) it should not have any item weight whatsoever when it is stored in cars/houses/etc. It does at the moment. This would help tremendously. 2) it should be useful for buying stuff. To elaborate on point 2 - there could be a shady contact introduced to the city who would give access to criminal stuff (to be developed further) in exchange for dirty money. This stuff could be crowbars and ipads for example (for cracking safes at gas stations/stores and hacking ATMs) or it could be to buy drugs from one of the dealers currently within the city. These drugs can then be sold on to private LS residences (as per the other thread) which would in effect launder the money at a slower rate (buy drugs with dirty money, sell drugs to get clean money).

Business owners (when new businesses come along) could also have the option to launder some money through their businesses (if they so wished to) either buy listing it for sale at the store, or by laundering it themselves through their business management application in the store (not massively familiar with how this works, just know that there is one).

If there is enough stuff to buy with the dirty money basically this would become its own currency and would be available to be bought and sold and become a separate currency for "off the books" transactions. It would delineate more effectively between the white economy (legal stuff) and the black economy (illegal stuff). This would allow a much deeper sense of RP for all legal and illegal entities in the city and set the tone for some proper organised crime RP. This would be of benefit to all legal entities (NCA, PS, Lawyers) and criminals alike.

Due to low amount of votes your suggestion is moved to rejected
