Different characters and personas?

I was thinking, do people play using the same user(name) and personality? 

Or do you have multiple usernames for different people you roleplay as?

I have an NHS username and a hobo username, and recently started a new hobo "McLovin" who is a little bit more naughty.

I am thinking of bringing in a new character... an old posh man who fought in "the war" and is living off his army pension.

Does anyone else use multiple usernames to play different personas or is it just me?

A lot of UNMC will have different personas for when we go off duty. As our main UNMC soldier persona technically are not allowed to go round as a rebel

Yea as a police officer, i use a completely different name for civ and use my civ personality

Depends, when I was in the police I was known as Ant Arni, and then of course I would go off and do norty things off-duty by other aliases, until I didn't once and got caught by an admin stream (RIP). Other than that, I've pretty much used the same name for roleplay except in extremely situational cases.

Well I know that most police have an on duty name and a name for going off duty and roleplaying (making frag videos).

I keep my name the same regardless of if I'm on duty as UNMC or as NHS, but I use it as a surname (Pvt. Gurlanin or Dr. Gurlanin). In RP terms, the two are twin brothers, hence why they sound the same, but I do act differently between the two.

Well, one is there to save lives and the other one may like executions a little bit too much ....

I go by different princes, rebel = lich prince, just civ = apple prince etc
