So, i went to the new diamond mine today, thought hmm some safe money... than i saw that you mine 1 diamond everytime and it weight is 4. Is this normal because than you have to do almost 200 times : "y" - "use pickaxe" , this takes forever than. is it normal or just a bug?

You do indeed have to use the pick axe everytime to get any of the legal Raw materials

If you have a tempest device you can use that to mine 15 at a time at the cost of fuel to make it a little easier!

As already said it is intentionally time consuming so that you either need friends or a tempest device in order to do (In real life, mining diamonds with a pickaxe is slower than with machinery.) If you are looking for someone to do legal stuff with there's gangs around that do legal stuff like that you can probably find on the forums, or start your own. You can do it yourself but it risks getting robbed if you are there a long time. It's a trade off.
