DI Bob - attempted RDM

Description of what happened:
We were on our way to the treasury as we wanted to test the new cameras - there was a bounty on our heads so we decided to avoid the CP. On top of the hill I got out of the car to spot the safe inside the treasury as I suddenly got shot from the CP. 
It clearly was DI Bob. People in sidechat were saying he's at the CP and shooting everything that moves. So I decided to message him and ask him to stop. 
His answer was :"That metagame tho. (He was kinda right but still - I only tried to resolve the issue , thats why I "metagamed") get out of the zone or youll get shot at." 
He also mentioned the he warned us or whatever - we avoided the CP so how could he warn us!? He randomly opened fire. 
I understand that there were rebels at this time but still - I was just sitting on the hill , not taking a shot or something similar. He also restrained the rebels already.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 I tried - he said we can talk about it "later". He never talked to me tho.

I actually think I am the one shooting at you, you decided to set up on a hill where there was about 5 people a few hundred meters down from you, and point your weapon in the direction of my colleagues who were pinned down.

But if you was avoiding the checkpoint, why did you stop 2-300 meters from it, on an obvious sniper location? 

I got a call in, that cops were under fire at the checkpoint, so I decided to go around in my helicopter, where I saw a lot of hostiles moving around on the hill North/North-West/North-East of the checkpoint, so I decided to land in a tactical good location, where I could get a flank on the shooters, while the remaining officers alive could move closer to the checkpoint, when I get a radio call saying there is a sniper on the top of North-West hill, so I decided to take a few shots to either scare him or disable the threat.

If you had left your weapon in your car, we wouldn't have had any reason to shoot at you.

Lesson of the night is, don't creep in an area where the police is having a shootout, if you don't want to be shot at when you are armed.

Theres a few things that I need to know first:

Was there a bank robbery going on at this time?

Is it possible to see the Conversation?

Is it also possible to see what happened before you got shot? So we can be sure you did not got any warning?

You say you was just sitting on a hill but why wearing a Ghillie Suit and aiming at the compound with a gun? 

*In the Video there is NO proof atm that it was Bob, you got another recording proofing this?

Yes it is - I will upload screenshots of the messages I got and hopefully the ones I sent (can I see outgoing msgs?)

It is - I will upload 4 minutes of gameplay before that happend - we were just going up the hill to avoid the CP.

So if a cop aims at me and I feel threatened because of a bounty or something similar Im allowed to shoot him on sight? Jesus. (Dont get me wrong , I dont want to be a dick , but I got told that cops have to obey the rules aswell.) And just shooting w/o talking is no RP imo.

See above - we wanted to rob the treasury , I tried to find the vault but it was to dark to use the DMS scope so I just looked around 'til it got a bit brighter (you can see that in the video)

You might have seen that I've seen nothing , heard nothing. So from where the hell should I know that there's a shootout goin on!? Weve not been warned , we didnt see anyone (because it was PUUUUUS dark and you probably were inside the bunker-thingies).

No , I got no proof that it was Bob but Crazy said it probably was him. 

Additionally I got the messages that show me more or less that it was Bob or one of his collegues.

No, not even close, but as I stated in my message, we were in a firefight, we spotted you while we were shooting at two people who were moving closer to our officer who was clearing the checkpoint, we were outnumbered and outgunned, but the situation played out in a way so the odds were 50/50 between us and the attacking gang.

But lets pretend like we weren't in a firefight, and you was sitting on the hill, we wouldn't have fired on you, we would have approached you to find out what your attentions were, but because of the ongoing situation, you were seen as a threat.

When i whats the video. I see that guy metagame to see where the players are. and thats breaking the rules there.

 
I think this was when me and a couple other officers were trying to take back the check point , there were 7 or 8 rebels full armed , we told everyone to drop there guns or they will be shot. (Don't know if this was the same time tho)

 
Well, my dear Caruso, we are actually allowed by law to carry rifles. You are not, thats why I said "illegal weapons". And no, we are most certainly not untouchable. But if there is a shootout nearby, you might wanna holster your ILLEGAL firearm or you might get shot.

 
And then again my dear Brat - when I was going there I heard no shots and I didnt see cops. 

And my dear Porave - I was "metagaming"? Yes - I was using the tilt (?) key. I never shot a cop nor did I intend to shoot a cop (never used the info I got -> not breaking rules // otherwise you would break the rules each time you see one of the nametags) , we were just trying to rob the bank. But by the way - if you want I can upload some footage where I got SPOTTED by an officer over 900m (well played to the officer) while using a Rahim , Suppressor and Ghillie while being in a bush...

I mean..really...wp.. Spotting a ghillie sniper over almost 1 click? While using third person around the wall btw. 

But BTT now..

 
Sadly you walked into a war, 14 PLF vs some cops, if the cops didn shoot you we probably would of as theres no way to know you wernt hostile, the shootout lasted for over 30 mins, several people died, and even more got restrained, there was a situation engaged, there was no way for the police to know you wernt with us, there for you were killed, next time dont get so close to a gun fight.

 
"next time dont get so close to a gun fight" again I didnt hear ANY shots , poeple or anything - so how should I know. Now I get blamed for being close to a firefight? Could you explain that please? o.o

 
Im not blaming you for being close, Im just blaming you for not realising that is why got shot at. Basically, it's very bad luck for you. We've all stumbled into a firefight by accident and got shot at some time, it happens.

Firstly, you were on top of a hill very close the treasury and checkpoint in a ghille suit with an illegal weapon aiming at the checkpoint where police officers were taking fire from. 

Yet you have the absolute cheek of reporting me for firing at you, you even metagamed to text me which I replied to you with go away, you continued to stay in the area with your friends.
