Description of what happened:
I was at weed processing, he asked me to put my hands up, I did. He shot me immediately.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Roleplaying. Just because you have said put your hands up, it doesn't give free right to execute somebody. I followed his instructions, was looking the other way, didn't move, did nothing threatening and I was shot.
My point on losing my hummingbird is that if he had rp'd, I would've paid him the amount he would get for scrapping it so I could keep it.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I tried to communicate with him but was ignored.
Lost: Approx value of gear 50k, hummingbird, 5k(ish) money.
