ive lost over 500k due to desync. I have been doing oil runs and just before I sell it it seems to disconnect me this is very annoying because of the amount of money I am loosing

I've had the same problem yesterday and today, there simply isn't anything you could do about it unless you may have recorded it and post a compensation request - but even then you're not sure whether they'll refund you or not.

If you have evidence then the money will be compensated, just write in "what happened" the following: Current BIS Server Issues and pop a screenshot where you are in the truck with oil, and then where you got no connection and the time stamp of the server crash.

I think they would know that the server is crashing all the time or they should know anyway
