DeSync problems?

High I'm new to the server ,and forums ,and I have one problem.

When I played on the server today I found that the server had very high DeSync ,and I would like to know if this is normal or just today.

This has been an ongoing problem since the Marksman DLC Update. Admins have been working to fix the problem. There is a couple of threads already open on this topic, main one being this
