destroyed vehicles gone forever after patch?

Is it implemented that destroyed vehicles is gone forever? I know there where a poll but is it implemented? Just saw some kompensation requests about vehicles and it made me wonder.

Correct thats the new default for altis life, However Ciaran is looking into this like a coding ninja... hopefully some good news soon
