6A) You are unable to kill anyone in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)
6B) You are unable to kill anyone in a blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
6C) Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times.
6D) You are unable to rob/knockout anyone in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)

I was banned in October so my Memory's a bit fuzzy but:
When I was banned I was part of the P.M.C gang, which I'll admit we're pretty out of control looking back. Now, I think I was harshly banned as in the vid you can see the bounty hunters, who at the time were even worse than P.MC , restraining a gang member in/near the green-zone. He told them to let him go or we'll shoot them (I'll admit pretty poor RP but it wasn't me) they then shot at him so I shot back and they ran into the green-zone (which is against the rules) and they shot at me from there, so I killed them , I also killed the cop arresting my gang member because I'm not just going to let him arrest him and he didn't try to RP. (note we had nothing to do with the car)The bounty hunters then broke NLR and came back and knocked him out / restrained him again so I shot them , also I didn't kill a single civ in the entire thing only bounty hunters and one cop.
As far as RP goes I can do better, but the Bounty hunters where pissing about so I didn't really bother, as it would have just got me and my gang members killed, now i know that's not perfect but I will try to RP with them at all times from now on. Also I don't play with any P.M.C members any more. Finally, Wilco you said last time I asked to be unbanned (in Oct) that i had already been banned twice, you were wrong that was another member of P.M.C who had a similar name (Eagle EYE) I'm DESERT_eagle, this is the only time I've been banned. Thanks.
